Re-using and Theft of Armour and Weapons

Here we see the armour of the dead and injured being removed. It is known that looting went on after the battle, but it is hard to visualize it happening during it. It would be understandable for those foot soldiers and archers who were less well protected to remove it for their own use. This might explain the image above.
